My plant-based lifestyle began after suffering from debilitating migraines and other health problems. Discovering a plant-based lifestyle saved my life. Today, I help others rediscover their own Chi.
Evidence in study after study by top universities and medical research groups throughout the years has found plant-based eating habits can help avoid serious health complaints; manage or even reverse potentially dangerous health complaints and lessen reliance on prescription medication.
More and more of us are switching to plant-based lifestyles every year for many reasons. I’m here to guide, share my specialist knowledge and experience to reignite your energy flow and make working with your Chi easy and joyful.
